Since the summer of 2014, a partnership between the Musée Granet Aix-en-Provence and Ocel has permitted the development of the museum's digital twin. A metaverse experimental project dedicated to art and culture, developed by Ocel.
This association has enabled both structures to invent functionalities and the digital architecture necessary to build the foundations of an ambitious VR application, interoperable and mutualised. This metaverse will make it possible for museums and other diffusion organizations to extend their public access and reinvent their exhibition staging.
