About Le Centre

Le Centre is an innovative cultural friche, a former wire drawing factory and a place preserved from the industrial history of the 20th century, redesigned for artists residencies and as technological offices. Located in Vierzon (France), the factory is made of 300m² of premises and reception areas, within 6000m² of rehabilitated spaces. The friche is located in an area of 14 hectares of woods and gardens, bounded by 2 rivers. The place has already hosted 10 artists in residency and in production, choir rehearsals, 360° recording, and receives regular visits from cultural actors.
