For its first residency, Le Centre currently welcomes the painter Clémence Martin for the 2023/2024 season.
Born in 1987, Clémence Martin studied at the Aix-en-Provence Art School and has lived between Paris, London, the South of France and Gabon. She has now established her workshop in Lury-sur-Arnon, in the Cher region.
Artist associate to Le Centre and Ocel's projects, her residency work is, and will be made of various events and projects:

• Thursday, October 5th 2023: a temporary exhibition at Le Centre with some chosen pieces of work.
• A work association between the artist and Ocel for the conception of a dedicated virtual exhibition space, presenting gradually her body of work created during the residency, including a retrospective of the series made from 2020.
• 2024 (date to be determined): the restitution exhibition of the residency at Le Centre.
• 2024 (date to be determined): the temporary virtual exhibition space offered by the Ocel application.
